I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the rooms were gorgeous and very clean, but unfortunately, my room faced the main pathway to the pool/tennis courts, making it dark and somewhat gloomy due to the constant foot traffic outside.

On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with kind and supportive staff like Gregory offering a complete tour guide of Tuscany.
